We appreciate your patience

In order to serve our donors and missionaries more efficiently, SEND began working through the most complicated systems integration project in our 73-year history. The purpose is simple — we want to be able to work with partners like you to serve as many people as God allows!

But as you probably know, technology upgrades are not without their problems. As we have begun to implement the largest portion of our upgrades, we are experiencing issues with payment processing and receipt timelines.

Even as our employees continue to work tirelessly to resolve issues, our ability to serve our donors in this season of ongoing challenges has been affected. Please be assured we are doing everything we can to prevent any disruptions, but it is likely that if you experience issues, it will be from now through September 2017. And for that, we are deeply sorry. This does not reflect our own standards of excellence, and it grieves us that we have not provided you with the service levels you have come to expect from SEND.

Please know that during these system upgrades, our emphasis will be on serving our missionaries so they can focus on their ministry. And donor support has not been delayed in reaching them.

Thank you to the many people who partner with SEND International. Because of these partners, we are able to minister to men, women, children, and families around the world! They demonstrate the love of Jesus to countless unreached people in very real, tangible ways. The donors’ commitment to their missionaries is helping them share the gospel and make disciples in the most unreached parts of the globe! We are grateful for that!
