Adam Baron

Chief Operations Officer

Adam brings over 25 years of experience in the collegiate world, both domestic and abroad, to his COO work for SEND US. He likes to say he has a “low threshold for sameness, and a keen focus on Kingdom projects with compound interest.” He is fueled by an administrative savvy, doggedness, prayerfulness, generosity, and the convening of people who care passionately about the Gospel, worldwide missions, and the collegiate world. Adam is married to María José and they are the proud parents of a very sporty and entrepreneurial daughter, Sophia Grace.

Missions CFO
Kevin Friesen

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin joined SEND in February 2015 as the CFO. He has extensive non-profit experience having ministered for over 31 years in inner-city Rescue Mission work in Minneapolis/St Paul and Sioux Falls SD. He has his CPA license and a Masters in Software Systems.

Director of Church Engagement & Mobilization
Andy Gilbert
Director of Church Engagement & Mobilization

Before joining SEND, Andy and his family felt called to have some part in spreading the name of Jesus where His Name is known least, if at all. God led them to SEND, where he has served for 9+ years on the Church Engagement and Mobilization team. Andy is passionate about helping missionaries get to unreached people groups, and leading, teaching, coaching, and encouraging God's people to participate in his mission. He is humbled by the opportunity God has given him to lead our team of missions coaches, and play a part in the missionary mobilizing process. It is a way of multiplying efforts in the United States to reach the uttermost parts of the world.

Director of People Care & Development
Nathan Didlake

Director of People Care & Development

Nathan Didlake comes to SEND International after serving in pastoral ministry for over twelve years. Also, while ministering in NJ, he became a sworn Chaplain for Stafford Twp.’s first responders, receiving training and extensive experience in trauma care. He has an English B.A. from LeTourneau University, a M.A. in Biblical Exegesis from Wheaton College, and is currently achieving his DMin from Wheaton as well. His better (and smarter) half is Rachel, and they are parents to Mikell, Lydia, and Silas (who are hilarious). He is a lover of NJ pizza and bagels, home renovation, Parks and Recreation, and cats over dogs. He’s very serious about how he makes his coffee and loves long conversations about life over good food and drink.

In his People Care and Development role, he is committed to providing safe, confidential, and meaningful care to SEND’s greatest asset… its people. Email him any time at [email protected].

Director of US Marketing & Communications
Emily Quint

Director of US Marketing & Communications

Emily holds a B.A. in Marketing/Management from Hillsdale College. She began her marketing career in program management at Vericast (Valassis). Emily's journey took a turn when God put it on her heart to engage in global missions, leading her to embark on several mid-term mission trips across five continents. Throughout these experiences, she discovered a passion for encouraging others to fulfill God's purpose for their lives, connecting them with opportunities to serve and share Christ's love. After returning to the US, Emily was the Communications Coordinator for Another Way Pregnancy Center in Farmington, MI.

In 2019, she joined our SEND team. Since then, Emily has been part of four teams, including US Church Engagement & Mobilization, SEND Corporate Security, Global Communications, and presently, on the US Marketing & Communications team. Emily cherishes the unique opportunity God has given her to inspire his people to explore their roles in his mission. Outside of SEND, you'll find Emily at local farmer's markets, sipping coffee, enjoying good company, and exploring the city of Detroit with her fiancé, Mike!
