Instead of closing its doors when temperatures fall, the church can continue welcoming people from the surrounding community.

As winter approaches, a local church knows that unreliable electricity could make heating its building difficult. With help from the Help Ukraine Fund, church leaders can secure firewood, coal, or fuel before the coldest months arrive. Instead of closing its doors when temperatures fall, the church can continue welcoming people from the surrounding community. For displaced families and others affected by the war, it remains a place where they can find practical care, prayer, Christian fellowship, and opportunities to hear about the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Local Christian women in Georgia have a growing desire to serve, disciple others, and provide spiritual leadership within their churches, yet many lack access to training, mentorship, and ministry resources in their own language. Opportunities specifically designed for women are limited and Christian training material in the Georgian language remains minimal.

Through leadership training, discipleship retreats, and the translation of biblical resources, this project seeks to equip women to grow in their faith, lead small groups, mentor others, and share the gospel more effectively within their families, churches, and communities. As women are strengthened spiritually, churches become healthier and better positioned to reach others with the hope of Christ.
