Transcaucasia | Georgia Youth Worker

Opportunity Overview:
SEND Eurasia is seeking cross-cultural youth workers who desire to invest deeply in the lives of teens and young adults in the Republic of Georgia through relational, gospel-centered ministry. Across Georgia, many young people face social, economic, and spiritual challenges and have limited exposure to authentic Christian community or intentional discipleship. This opportunity invites youth workers to come alongside local churches and ministry partners to build trust, offer consistent presence, and demonstrate the hope of the gospel through everyday life and intentional relationships.
Serving with the Georgia team means joining a pioneering ministry context where youth ministry is still developing and where long-term impact depends on patience, cultural humility, and faithfulness. Youth workers will engage young people through relational outreach, informal mentoring, and participation in existing youth-focused initiatives, while also helping local believers envision and strengthen sustainable ministry to the next generation. This role is well suited for those who see youth ministry as more than events or activities and are motivated by incarnational presence—walking with young people through daily life, spiritual questions, and formative seasons.
By joining this ministry, youth workers participate in SEND Eurasia’s broader vision to establish healthy, reproducing communities of Jesus followers in Transcaucasia. Investing in young people today plays a vital role in shaping future leaders, strengthening local churches, and laying foundations for lasting gospel impact in this strategic region.
