Taiwan | Church Planter
Opportunity Overview:
SEND Taiwan is looking for members to join a church planting team (with Reformed theological leanings) in Zhubei, one of the fastest-growing parts of Taiwan. We are seeking those with church ministry experience (particularly counseling experience) and a heart for evangelism and discipleship. Applicants must be good team players and have a long-term commitment to support local leadership. Encouraged to apply, though not required, are those with a heart to reach young families, and are able to provide outreach opportunities (Music, Sports, English, etc.).

Terms: Long Term (4+ years), Mid Term (1-3 years)
Responsibilities:
- Model Christian living
- Engage with the community through building friendships
- Evangelistic outreach
- Offer hospitality
- Disciple new believers (including leading Bible studies)
- Lead and participate in various types of outreach (English teaching, music, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Willingness and long-term commitment to learning Mandarin Chinese
- Experience in local church ministry
- Be a good team player, having a posture of humility to learn ministry in a new context
- Seminary education is a plus, but not required
