The Saturate Fund

Tags: SEND North, Story

Our mission is to saturate the communities of the 60/70 Window with people living intentional, exemplary, Christ-like lives.  We have seen God move in extraordinary ways to expand our reach and increase His Kingdom. God is opening doors in communities within Northern Canada.   He is opening the possibilities of partnering with Canadian Churches and even believers from the Philippines.  This is a faith stretching journey which requires key partnerships. SEND North has launched a bold, new fundraising effort to assist the work of reaching the “60/70 Window.” We believe God will provide $250,000 through the generosity of believers.  The Saturate Fund will enable us to complete some current projects, which in turn will enable us to move on to some new projects. A partial list of the projects covered includes:

  • Purchasing a ministry house located in the Alaskan Interior, strategically important for reaching the surrounding area. ($135,000).
  • Renovation of a mission-owned house in southwest Alaska. A moisture/mold problem has created health concerns for SEND personnel living in the home, requiring extensive repairs. ($39,000).
  • Assembling all SEND North personnel in Anchorage, Alaska, for our annual conference; a time of encouragement, fellowship and inspiration. With nearly one hundred missionaries serving across a field 1,600 miles wide, to costs of travel, lodging and other expenses are challenging. ($41,000).
  • Finalizing the rebuilding of missionary housing in Canada’s Yukon Territory; destroyed in a flood. ($22,000).

Please join us by praying for this vital fundraising effort!  We are undertaking a specific prayer focus for this project until October 23rd.  Please follow us on Facebook    Twitter    Google+  or   LinkedIn  to receive daily prayer requests.
