Meet Your Missions Coaches
Your missions coach will help you navigate this special journey you're on. They've been where you are! They will guide you, pray for you, and come alongside you as you explore cross-cultural missions.
Jun and Darlene Jovellanos
Jun and Darlene serve as Directors of Training with SEND Philippines. They are passionate to help Filipinos catch God's heart for the world and embrace God's call to be involved in reaching the Unreached People Groups of the world with the Gospel.
Eliza Guliban
Eliza has worked in missions since 1990, focusing on community development and training mission teams across several countries. After studying Albanian for a year, she joined the PSC Mobilization team and began serving with SEND in 2017.
Gilmer and Julie Paden
Julie and Gilmer have served with SEND since 2006 in the Philippines, focusing on church planting, discipleship, and coaching new missionaries. They're passionate about investing in leaders and enjoy exploring the outdoors with their family.
Nelson Tan
Nelson has served with SEND since 2011, ministering in pastoral and church planting roles before transitioning to coaching new applicants and experienced missionaries. Maricel helps with SEND Philippines’ mission house operations, actively disciples women and serves in a charitable organization. They enjoy camping as a family.
Wilma Limjoco
Wilma Limjoco has served 22+ years in Taiwan, focusing on church planting and discipleship before becoming a missions coach for new cross-cultural workers. She loves investing in others and enjoys playing the flute and creating artwork in her free time.
Ubaldo and Joy Rodriguez
Ubaldo served as a pastor among Latinos in Colombia and the US, while Joy was a SEND missionary in Japan doing church planting and training. Today they coach and train Filipino missionaries to multiply their mission effectiveness, and enjoy swimming and walking on the beach together.
Siome Denila
Siomie served 20 years in Taiwan focused on cross-cultural mission before joining PSC Philippines as a Mobilizer, leading Bible studies and encouraging new believers. She draws from her missionary experience to inspire and equip others for global missions. She enjoys music, cooking, and reading.
Dong & Inday B
As missions coaches, Dong & Inday provide immersions and on-the-job training thru their local NGO in Mindanao to aspiring cross-cultural workers. They have been mobilizing the youth from the tribal churches as well as the city churches. In their free time, Dong & Inday enjoy agricultural work and visiting new places.
