Opportunity Overview:
Workers to make disciples among M people groups in Eurasia.
Countries: Central Asia, Muslim Ministries, Russia, Ukraine
Terms: Long-Term (3+ years), Mid-Term (1 - 3 years), Short-Term (2 weeks - 1 year)
Responsibilities:
- Creatively access new communities and be God's presence through service and speech
- Invite groups and/or families to study the Prophets
- Start Bible studies among unbelievers
- Help groups of new believers establish churches
- Train local leaders to multiply
Qualifications:
- Heart for the least reached to know and experience the glory of God
- Passion to make followers of Christ who will make disciples of all nations
- Ability to work on a team that practices mutual accountability with teammates and national partners
- Humility to work behind the scenes and to empower and mentor others to lead
- Willingness to share the gospel in a contextualized and reproducible way
