Opportunity Overview:

Our 10-month Engage NYC Missionary Training Program will teach you the principles of reproducible church-planting and give you the invaluable experience of ministering among unreached people groups in New York City.

Countries:  Diaspora | North America

Terms:  Short-Term (7-12 moths)

 

 


Responsibilities:

  • Attend all meetings and training sessions
  • Do all reading and homework
  • Engage in diverse ministries
  • Attend a simple, house church
  • Rent apartment or room in New York City
    •

    Qualifications:

  • 21 years old or older
  • Willingness to rent apartment or room in New York City
  • Ability to live independently (wash own clothes, prepare own meals, clean an apartment, etc.)
  • Heart for the glory of God to penetrate the unreached and a passion to make global followers of Christ who will spread the gospel
  • Ability to be a team player with fellow workers
  • A servant's heart and a teachable spirit
  • A willingness to raise prayer and financial partners to support you in ministry
  • A joyful and flexible attitude when plans change
  • A growing relationship with Jesus
