One of the primary initiatives of the SEND Romania team is to motivate and equip the Romanian church to send missionaries to the ends of the earth with the Gospel of Christ! Romania has great potential to move from a “mission receiving field” to a “mission sending force” within the next 10 years. We believe equipping the Romanian church to send missionaries to the unreached peoples of the world is a vital ministry to accomplish the Great Commission. 

To accomplish this vision: 

1) We facilitate seminars at churches that teach the necessity of Christ among the unreached peoples of the world, the need of workers to be sent to the harvest field, and the vital role of the local church in missions. We encourage local pastors to teach and preach missions in their churches. We lead prayer meetings for missions in the context of the local church. 

2) We lead training workshops at schools and host community events to equip future missionaries. 

3) We plan to lead short-term mission trips with Romanians so they can experience first-hand ministry in a cross-cultural context.
