Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am beyond excited to be joining SENDs student ministry in Thailand! I have always been drawn to Asian cultures so when I learned about the great need for the gospel in the Far East I felt a deep calling to pursue missions in Asia. After I went on a short term missions trip to North Asia that involved ministering to students, I knew this was what the Lord was calling me to do. I've been trying to get back to Asia ever since!

As I looked for missions opportunities to pursue during my gap semester this Fall I kept being lead back to Thailand. And after stumbling upon SENDs Thai student ministry I knew that this is where I had to go, especially after learning that only 1.2 precent of the Thai population profess to be Christians!

I am so thankful for this opportunity to serve short-term and to get a glimpse of what it will be like to be a full time missionary. I know that God gave me this love for the lost and a desire to serve Him for a reason. I look forward to seeing what He will use me for in Thailand. I can't wait to meet these students and I pray that I will serve faithfully and reflect His light so that they might seek out the source.
