At different times in our lives, we felt God leading us into full time missions – S to Africa and A to the Hakka in Taiwan. While S was in Taiwan preparing to leave for Africa, we met each other on a church hiking trip. After a couple of years of much prayer and counsel, we felt that God was leading us to pursue our calling to cross-cultural missions together. Praise God for bringing us together as a new team!
This next year we will both be serving at a local church in a rural community in Taiwan. S will focus on preaching and youth ministry, while A will continue working with SEND Global Chinese Ministries, focused on helping new missionaries in their process of language learning and cultural adjustment.
Please pray with us as we seek the Lord in our future direction. We are both committed to serving unreached people groups in a cross-cultural setting. As we continue to serve in Taiwan, pray as we explore the possibility of ministry in other parts of Asia.
