The Redells served over 21+ years in Macedonia in Church Planting and Theological Education, with a passion to see believers grounded in God’s Word and maturing in their faith. Ron enjoyed preaching and offering leadership and Bible courses and Lisa enjoyed teaching English and women’s ministry. It was a joy to see God transforming lives and multiplying the work.

In 2025, seeing Macedonians filling many of the leadership and teaching roles, they sensed the Lord leading them on to a new season of ministry. Now based in the US, Ron is completing doctoral studies to enable him to equip the next generation of missionaries and church leaders. Lisa is serving as Executive Assistant to the International Director of SEND. She is blessed to be able to support the leadership of the mission and the strategic direction of SEND into the future. The Redells plan to continue to lead short-term mission teams back to Macedonia to strengthen the network of churches that they have been working with.
