¡Hola todos! My name is Mike, and I will be serving in various locations throughout Spain and North Africa during the months of August and September, with a focus on youth ministry and evangelism. Through my involvement with Cru and time spent living overseas during college, I sensed a call from the Lord to pursue cross-cultural ministry. As I pursued that calling and sensed a leading to this region, ministry leaders invited me to serve alongside the local church in Spain and North Africa for 6 weeks to clarify that calling.

While in Spain, I will be connecting with local missionaries and supporting the local church through a church planting project, youth outreach events, providing logistics, hospitality, and prayer for youth workers, and sharing my experiences in missionary preparation with church leaders. In the final week, I will be in a secure country in North Africa to encourage the local workers and discern my long-term viability in that context.

My heart is to partner with the local church in unreached places, that youth may be reached with the hope of the Gospel and be equipped to share this Good News in their own communities and around the world!
