J & E M (initials for security purposes) have been serving in Europe since 2007 and serving with SEND International since 2005. They serve in regional and organizational leadership roles with SEND and a partner organization. They are passionate about leading, developing, and caring for global workers who engage the unreached and establish reproducing churches.

During their time in the Balkans, J co-founded and co-directed a faith-based non-profit organization to model a Christ-centered life in the marketplace. Both J & E served in a local church plant in eastern Skopje.

J assists the SEND Europe Regional Director to continually improve operational effectiveness and develop leaders in Europe. E develops team leaders in a partner organization who assist global worker parents as they make educational decisions for their kids. The partner organization holds conferences and provides services to parents, such as testing, family education conferences, and consulting services.

They have three children and enjoy encouraging people to grow deeper in their walk with Jesus.
