J&E (initials for security purposes) lead, develop, and care for global workers who engage the unreached and establish reproducing churches. They are passionate about the unreached receiving the gospel and churches being planted. And they long to see missionaries being equipped and supported to serve in long term, sustainable, and fruitful ministries.

J&E M have been serving with SEND International since 2005. J serves as an executive leader with SEND International, and E serves as an executive leader with a partner organization.

Both J&E served in a local church plant in eastern Skopje for 14 years. During their time in the Balkans, J co-founded and co-directed a faith-based, non-profit organization to model a Christ-centered life in the marketplace.

J develops leaders who improve operational effectiveness throughout SEND. E develops team leaders who support global worker parents as they make educational decisions for their kids.

They have three young adult children and enjoy encouraging people to grow deeper in their walk with Jesus.
