After serving for several years in Japan in church ministry, Merla transitioned to the Canadian office, where she now has the privilege of serving as a missions coach. In this role, she represents SEND Canada on college campuses and at missions events across the country. She finds great joy in connecting with believers, hearing their hearts for God’s work, and encouraging them to participate in God’s global mission. Whether as senders or goers, Merla is passionate about helping people recognize the meaningful part they can play in bringing the gospel to the nations.
