In 2013, we moved our family to SW Romania (where fewer than 2% of the population profess Jesus as Lord) to disciple and equip Romanian nationals to take the gospel to their communities and establish reproducing churches. There are a few gospel-centered churches in our city of 300k with the desire to make Christ known. We serve in ministries to build up the body of Christ, and we aim to encourage and equip national leaders to step into these roles.

We spend time each week in discipleship to help believers live out their faith beyond Sundays, with the goal that they will grow to disciple others and be a light in the community. After six years of ministry in a village context, our heart is still for the 9,000+ villages in Southern Romania without access to a gospel-preaching church. God is opening doors to support national pastors who are serving in nearby villages and who desperately need help.
