Kevin’s desire to use his talents for the Lord’s work began in 1984 when he took an accounting position with a homeless Rescue Mission in St Paul, MN. His work there included overseeing the general office, accounting and information technology. While employed at the Mission, he received his CPA license and a Master in Software Systems. In 2005, the Lord transitioned the family to the Rescue Mission in Sioux Falls, SD, to continue in ministry using Kevin’s accounting and computer skills. In early 2015, the Lord led them through the process of becoming missionaries with SEND International as the CFO in the US Office.

Kevin & Leslie have six children, three biological and three adopted. When the Lord led them to adopt children from other cultures, it heightened the family’s awareness of other people groups and the need for those groups to know Jesus as their Savior.

As part of the US Executive Team providing leadership and direction for the US Office, Kevin’s ministry is vital to stewarding and facilitating the flow of financial resources to Asia, Eurasia, Europe and the Americas to support missionaries actively involved in reaching the unreached for Christ. Your support is also vital as they work with and support the missionaries on the field. They need a team of prayer partners and financial partners to stand with them.
