Erickson and Nessy Garraton serve as full-time missionary resident faculty at the International Graduate School of Leadership, passionately committed to equipping Christian leaders to transform their communities for Christ.

Erickson Garraton plays a key role in mentoring and training pastors, ministry workers, and Christian professionals, helping them integrate their faith into every aspect of life. His teaching and leadership development foster spiritual depth and Christ-centered influence across churches, workplaces, and society.

Nessy Garraton, a licensed mental health practitioner, offers counseling and psychotherapy services to IGSL students and their families. Her ministry, rooted in Christian values, supports emotional healing, spiritual growth, and relational health—empowering future leaders to flourish in both life and ministry.

Together, Erickson and Nessy are shaping a new generation of spiritually mature, emotionally healthy leaders who will serve and lead with integrity across the global Church.
