Kristle has been with the SEND US Office since January of 2018, and has worked as a Member Care Coach, helping train and advise missionaries as they work to get to the field. She has also worked with an initiative of SEND US called The Sending Collective since August of 2024, which works to expand how missionaries can be sent and strives to connect with on-field partners, as well as other US-based sending organizations and churches.
