"Does SEND serve in ____? "

We serve across Asia, Europe, Eurasia, and North America—primarily among the least-reached. If you’re interested in a specific place, we’ll help you explore whether SEND or one of our trusted partners is serving there, or whether a pathway exists that aligns with your calling and gifting.

"Will I be alone on the field?"

SEND is committed to team-based ministry. You will typically join an existing SEND team or partner team. If pioneering is part of your call, we ensure you’re well-connected, supported, and not walking the journey alone.

"What requirements do you have for potential missionaries?"

We look for a growing walk with Christ, active involvement in a local church, emotional and relational health, a teachable spirit, and alignment with SEND’s mission and theology. Specific roles may require additional skills or training.

"Can I use my current career skillset or degree on the field?"

Most likely, yes. God uses a wide range of skills—education, business, counseling, trades, healthcare, ministry, arts, tech, and more. Your missions coach will help you discern how your gifts fit into the work God is doing among the unreached.

"Is SEND associated with a specific church denomination?"

No. SEND is interdenominational. We partner with Bible-centered, evangelical churches from a variety of traditions who hold to our statement of faith.
