Gilmer and Julie Paden work in the Philippines with the Philippine Sending Council — the local sending team. They have been working in missions almost their whole married life. They both have a heart and a desire to mobilize Filipinos to reach the unreached. The Padens believe that through learning about and experiencing cross-cultural ministry, Filipinos will have a better understanding of God’s heart and can make clear decisions about their future. They want them to hear God’s call to go. They also want to help the Filipino church rise up and send long-term missionaries.
