Wroclaw - New Hope Fellowship RIT
Wroclaw - New Hope Fellowship
Our vision for New Hope Fellowship is that it will become a discipleship training center for all ages which is led, financed and self-propagating under the direction of Polish nationals. In order to accomplish this vision we’re training and developing a leadership team in the areas of teaching, preaching, discipleship and evangelism to draft and ratify a church constitution and to establish a pastoral search committee.
Wroclaw - First Baptist Church
Our purpose is to establish reproducing churches in our region and to work with our national partners to bring current church plants to maturity in Christ. Our city of Wroclaw (pronounced Vrotz’ wav) has a population of over 700,000 of which over 125,000 are of university age. There are tremendous opportunities and needs in the city that we are just beginning to address. FBC is a mature fellowship that has been used by God to plant over a half a dozen churches in the region. Some of these have in turn gone on to plant granddaughter churches. Two current church plants are in Wolow and Zabkowice Slaskie, towns about 1 hour outside of Wroclaw. A key ministry of FBC is the WSJ English Language school which has around 300 students and is devoted to sharing the love of Jesus through quality English teaching. The church also has an after-school children’s ministry which touches the lives of several dozen children and their families, including children with alcoholic parents and those who are from dysfunctional homes. The church also offers a Sunday School program for kid K-6 grades, as well as a growing youth and college program.
