		Warren Janzen, International Director Warren is a western Canadian who served as a missionary in Japan for 15 years before becoming International Director. 		Frank Severn, Director Emeritus Frank is a world-traveled missionary and Bible teacher who understands current trends in world missions. After serving in church planting in the Philippines, he was the International Director of SEND for more than 20 years. In recent years he has mentored the developing team in Central Asia. 		Robert (Mags) Magwood, Canadian Director Mags is a contemplative speaker with a deep passion for the Lord and mobilizing God’s people, especially Canadians and Canadian churches, into missions. 		Cary Perdue, Bible teacher Cary is a retired pastor who served as President of Asian Theological Seminary in the Philippines. He is an excellent Bible teacher and loves the preaching of God’s word. 		Elizabeth Givens, Bible teacher & writer Liz is a Bible conference speaker who brings truth to the reality of life. She also writes for mission publications. 		David Givens, Mission mobilizer Dave teaches evangelism, missions, and communications and consults in church/mission relationships, communication technology, and presentation skills for Christian leaders. 		Dave King, Missionary pastor Dave King pastored in New England for decades before joining SEND and moving to minister to missionaries and mentor pastors in Ukraine.
