The Barnabas Ministry
"Equipping Macedonians for a Greater Harvest"

Purpose Statement: The purpose of the Barnabas Ministry is to equip pastors, lay leaders and church members to minister more effectively in their churches with a goal of facilitating a multiplication of the harvest force and launching a church planting movement.

The Barnabas Ministry would be employed through seminar/module based training, the seminars being primarily based in Skopje but also "delivered" to other cities for greater participation among lay members.

The Barnabas Center with have a 3-fold focus:

1. Extension Site for BETI (Bulgarian Evangelical Theological Institute). In coordination with the United Theological Faculty of BETI, the Barnabas Center would exist to provide both certificate and degree level courses, giving a solid Biblical foundation upon which current and future church leaders can build their lives and churches.

2. Equipping - Courses would be offered that equip the body of Christ with the tools needed for fulfilling the Great Commission.

3. Encouragement - Courses would be offered to pastors and lay leaders, providing spiritual nourishment to weary and wounded soldiers in the battle field.
