Church Planting:

1. Complete and phase-out of the Word of Hope Chuch Plant by 2007. This is located in Novo Lisiche on the east side of Skopje and has been in process since 1997.

2. Complete and phase out of the Network of House Churches in Majori And Beyond (MAB) by 2008. MAB includes 12 villages on the north-east side of Skopje. The vision includes a house church in each village and has been in process since 2000.

3. Launch a new church plant in Gjorche Petrov by 2003. Completion date – 2011. This is located on the west side of Skopje.

4. Launch a new Network of House Churches outside of Skopje in 2005. Completion date – 2012 – Location TBA.

Training/Equipping:

1. Launch the Barnabas Ministry by Fall of – 2003.
The purpose of the Barnabas Ministry is to equip pastors, lay leaders and church members to minister more effectively in their churches with a goal of facilitating a multiplication of the harvest force and launching a church planting movement.
2. Develop Barnabas Ministry to full operation by 2005 – first workers finish language school
3. Begin Modules/Seminars for pastors and lay leaders in 2005. This could be something for pastors who don’t need TEE but would benefit from enrichment seminars.
4. Begin Church Planter Training by 2006
5. Graduate first BETI Skopje Extension Students by 2006.

This is already in process under the supervision of Michael Jurkovich, Team Leader for the Novo Lisiche team in Skopje. BETI stands for Bulgarian Evangelical Theological Institute and is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
