“I think this was my first step,” said “A” as we walked out of the women’s fellowship on Sunday. The topic was the healing of the “woman with an issue of blood,” an illustration of Christ’s compassion, power, and what faith in Him looks like. We had such a good time of fellowship, laughter, open sharing, explanation of the gospel, and sisters sharing what it means to have a family relationship that follows biblical principles. “A” has been touched to the heart and encouraged. She is reading the Bible that I gave her. Her one concern is her husband and his family. “They will not understand. My time will come but I need more courage,” she says.
