We are looking for someone to join one of our teams using ESL as a tool to reach critical unreached people groups in China. This person would need to have some professional training or significant experience in ESL. A passion for the unreached and desire to serve well cross-culturally is a must!

Youth Ministry

We are looking for a single or couple who have a strong desire to work with youth in China. Ideally, this person or couple is Chinese or Asian. Experience and training in youth ministry is desired but above all a deep love for youth and their spiritual development is a must. This person or couple needs to be comfortable living cross-culturally in a more remote location in southern China.

Business Manager for a China Team

We are looking for someone with business experience and/or education. We have several businesses which are used to reach the unreached peoples of China. These businesses need oversight and professional skills to develop and manage. This person should be passionate about missions and excited to use their business skills to reach the unreached of China.

Church Planter

Men and women who build friendships, start conversations, lead Bible studies, and model Christian living in order to establish reproducing churches.

Counselor/Therapist

Counseling missionaries and nationals around the world.

Discipler

Coming alongside Christians to help them grow in their faith and reach others.

Health/Medical Specialists

Mainly in creative access settings to meet the felt-needs of the nationals.

Human Resources Director

Cares for the well-being of the missionaries

Social Worker

People to work with and understand children’s issues in difficult settings.

Sports Ministry

People who use sports in various settings—camps, clubs, sports outreaches, coaching—to meet people, share the gospel and build the church.

Student Outreach

People who work with students, mainly high school and college, to evangelize and disciple them.

SEND Me! (short term) - Youth Ministries/Teach English

China South has a need for a Youth Ministries Coordinator/English Teacher! Do you have a heart for and ability to lead a youth ministry? Are you competent to teach English as a second language? This ministry is in a rural area to the least reached! You will be partnering with a career missionary couple in a new work. You can begin and end any time; the position is available immediately. This is a 1 - 2 year commitment. Asian face is preferable; some Mandarin or Cantonese also preferable, but not necessary.

Educational Administrator

We are looking for someone who has had experience in educational administration to serve as the educational administrator for one of our China teams. Someone who is comfortable developing curriculum, scheduling classes and teaching would be ideal. A passion for the unreached as well as administrative gifting would be perfect!

Pastoral Care / Member Care Couple

We are looking for a couple who have had significant ministry experience to provide stability and spiritual care to a young but passionate China team. This couple’s primary responsibility would be to lend encouragement and support but there are also many ministry opportunities. This couple should be willing to live cross-culturally and in a more remote location. Desire to see fellow missionaries thrive and spiritually grow is a must!
