East Asia - SENDing
The East Asia SENDing Council was established in 2001 to facilitate the sending of local Christians into missions. Hong Kong Christians have since gone with SEND on short-term trips and into full-time ministry to countries like Taiwan, Russia, Japan and China. The recruitment and equipment of Hong Kong Christians for missions has become the main ministry thrust now in Hong Kong for SEND. But ministry into Asia as well as around the world is growing. The harvest in many countries is ripe, but where are the workers that are willing to go?
