I used to be in the corporate world managing customer service in Manila, Philippines. After I received God's call to be a missionary through a message on the Great Commission, I said, "I don't want to be in the business of saving customers anymore. I want to be in the business of saving souls." In time, despite big obstacles, God worked everything out, and I arrived in Japan in January 2003. I do evangelism, discipleship and training. God has given me a vision to train trainers toward simple church multiplication. I believe by keeping the church simple, obedient to God's Word, locally led, and working toward the end-vision, the Japanese can be mobilized to reach their own in an exponential way that missionaries alone cannot accomplish.
