SEND International is committed to reaching this nation for Christ. We want to help the evangelical church plant churches in every part of the country. We are committed to work alongside, not independent of the national church. We want to see enough local churches for every man, woman and child to have the opportunity to hear, understand, and accept or reject Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

We need long and short-term personnel from around the world to join these church-planting teams.  Long-term, we need people with strong relational skills who would be active in friendship evangelism and discipleship, and others with strong skills in teaching, preaching and leadership training to facilitate formal training.   On a regional basis, we need team members to coordinate networking among the church plants. Short-term missionaries and summer teams could help with English, sports, music, and arts as vehicles for outreach.  Teams and individuals interested in joining us in NCE could be from anywhere worldwide.

We are committed to communicating the gospel in the heart language of the people.  Therefore, we highly value long-term workers’ investing adequate time in language study on location.  Though the focus would be language learning for a minimum of two years (depending on ability), one would still be part of the team and able to build friendships that could last for years to come.
