Rick serves at Kiev Theological Seminary (since 2003).  He trains Slavic nationals, by teaching Bible, Theology and church planting so they can take the gospel to places where Americans can't. The Perhais also serve at Fair Haven Church in Kiev, which has a vision to send missionaries to Central Asia, where the church already supports two missionary families.
