Jay and Judy Lynn Francis > Bio
Our purpose for being in Ukraine is to provide Biblical education for church leaders in Ukraine and beyond. We are second career missionaries. Jay was 53 and Judy was 49 when we arrived on the field. Throughout our lives we have been blessed by healthy Bible-believing and Bible teaching churches. We have benefited from theologically well-trained pastors. We desire to pass on this great heritage by teaching and training Ukrainian pastors, church leaders, and church planters.
